Measure readiness, not hype
2026-05-02 · Datsols
Before chasing percentage lift headlines, baseline the things that actually predict production success.

“Hours saved” and “percent faster” make great slides. Without a baseline and a definition of “done,” they are unfalsifiable—and sharp buyers know it.
Baselines that matter
- Error and rework rate before automation, measured the same way after.
- Time-to-recover when an integration misbehaves.
- Coverage — what share of real-world cases the workflow handles without manual rescue.
- Cost visibility — token or API spend tied to business units or workflows.
Our stance
Datsols is a new firm. We will not borrow someone else’s client outcomes and put your logo in the footnotes later. We will help you define metrics you can defend internally—and we will document how we measure them.
That is slower than hype. It is how serious programs get funded twice: once for the pilot, once for scale.
