Why we exist
Most “AI programs” fail in boring ways: unclear data lineage, weak access controls, runbooks that live in chat threads, and vendors who disappear after the demo. Boards ask for ROI; operators ask for sleep. We are biased toward the second group.
Our work is to connect strategy to something runnable—pipelines with tests, infrastructure with inventories, automation with owners. When documentation is part of the deliverable, audits and handoffs stop being fire drills.

- Documentation as a deliverable — decision records, data flow diagrams, control narratives, and runbooks ship with the build—not as a PDF nobody opens.

Honesty about stage
We are early-stage. We do not claim a decade of brand history or a wall of marquee logos. What we offer is senior execution discipline, clear writing, and an allergy to vapor.
