FAQ
Common questions
Straight answers on how we work. Prefer to talk it through? Book a consultation or send a short note via Contact.
Do you replace our existing stack?
No. We integrate first and modernize selectively where it creates measurable gains.
Can you support private and regulated environments?
Yes. Security, sovereignty, and governance are built into our architecture decisions.
What does delivery include?
Assessment, system design, implementation, and operational handoff with clear KPIs—typically discovery into a bounded pilot, then scale or transfer with documentation intact.
Can you support public-sector or government contracts?
Yes. Our delivery model supports statement-of-work execution, documentation discipline, and security-first implementation suitable for regulated and public-sector procurement.
Who do you typically work with?
Mid-market and enterprise teams with hybrid stacks, regulated data, or public-sector procurement rules—operating, technology, and data leaders who need systems auditors, IT, and frontline staff can all defend.
Are engagements remote?
Yes. We are remote-first across the United States, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, with travel when on-site work is essential—data center visits, workshops, or cutovers.
What is the difference between Contact and Consultation?
Contact is for a light message—environment and timeline are enough. Consultation is a 30–45 minute structured intake when you are ready to discuss a discovery block and want a written next step.
Do you have SOC 2 today?
We do not currently publish a SOC 2 Type I or Type II report. We organize around common SOC 2 themes and complete vendor questionnaires under NDA. See Trust & security for the current posture.
Still have a specific constraint?
Send environment and timeline—or book a structured intake if you are ready for discovery.
